Tier One Pest Solutions, LLC is owned and operated by Joseph Mills, a Marine Corps veteran with more than 22 years of experience in the pest control industry.
Joseph began his pest control career serving residential customers, then expanded into commercial and industrial pest control. Over the years, he has worked in nearly every type of environment, from homes and apartments to office parks, restaurants, hospitals, food production plants, manufacturing facilities, paper mills, student housing, and large third-party audited properties.
After years in the industry, Joseph saw pest control becoming more impersonal, corporate, and sales-driven. He started Tier One Pest Solutions to offer something different: personalized pest control backed by real experience, practical solutions, hard work, and a commitment to doing right by the customer.
At Tier One, every service starts with understanding the problem. Joseph takes the time to inspect the property, explain what he finds, and recommend a plan that fits the customer’s home, business, or property.
